Employees of The Music Bed, LLC and their family members, or anyone
else connected in any way to the giveaway shall not be permitted as
entrants.

There is no submission fee and no purchase necessary to enter this
giveaway.

Closing date for contest submission will be December 21st, 2018 at
3:00PM, Central. No submissions to the competition will be
permitted following this date.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are opting to
receive emails from Musicbed and the sponsors associated with 12
Days of Filmmaking Giveaways.

The Music Bed, LLC accepts no responsibility for entries not
received for whatever reason.

The rules of the giveaway and the prizes for each winner are listed
above.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition
or its terms and conditions without notice in the event of a
catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, any
actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or
any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to
the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by
the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details
supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this
competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are
non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the
promoter reserves the right to amend any prize packages without
notice.

Winners are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their
respective country.

Entrants must be 18 years of age to participate.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrants not following the
rules.

The winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing
date. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim their
prize within 48 hours of notification, the promoter reserves the
right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement
winners.

After winner(s) respond with shipping address, prizes will be
shipped within 7-10 business days unless communicated otherwise
through email.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the
giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
